Wild Daisy Home Services helps Realtors, buyers, and homeowners get the professional testing and information they need to move forward confidently.

Our Story

Wild Daisy Home Services was founded in 2026 by Luke and Katie Dalchow.

Through their work in the home inspection and real estate industry with Pillar to Post, they continually saw the same challenges:

Realtors struggled to find trusted partners.

Inspection deadlines were tight.

Communication between multiple companies was difficult.

And buyers were often left coordinating several different providers just to understand one home.

Wild Daisy was created to change that.

By bringing specialized inspection services together under one company, Wild Daisy gives

Realtors, buyers, and homeowners a simpler, more dependable way to get the information they need.

Why “Wild Daisy?”

Wild Daisy Home Services was created from our experience in the home inspection industry and a simple belief: the more you know about your home, the better prepared you are to care for it.

Over the years, we've seen that a home inspection can tell you a lot—but sometimes, there are things you simply can't see. Services like radon testing, mold testing, water quality testing, and sewer scopes can provide another layer of information and help buyers and homeowners better understand the home they're investing in.

That's why we created Wild Daisy Home Services: to make these additional testing services easy, accessible, and convenient during the home inspection process.

The name Wild Daisy comes from two very important people to Luke and Katie:

Their children, Wilder and Daisy.

As a family-owned business, it felt fitting that a company centered around helping people better understand and protect their homes would carry a little piece of our own family with it.

Our goal is simple: give you more information, fewer unknowns, and greater confidence in the place you call home.
